John Thomson, President, Office in Oakville Ontario
- Twenty-one years with Huron as second generation ownership/management
- Brings with him wide ranging skill sets including extensive Human Resources Management and team building skills
- Responsible for all of Huron’s operations in three Provinces
- Visible in the community with the various organizations that Huron sponsors and the charities which Huron supports
Neil Telfer, Manager, Distribution Centre Operations, Office in Scarbourough Ontario
- More than 20 years with Huron, Neil’s present career began as a nightshift dock operator and he progressed steadily through the ranks
- His hands on experience is invaluable
- Certified ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 auditor and trainer
- Active in the business community and has served on the Toronto area CAER Association
- Responsible for contract Distribution Centres in Scarborough, Kingston, Ontario, Point Claire, Quebec, and Calgary, Alberta
Conrad Schulz, Manager Fleet Operations, Office in Scarborough Ontario
- More then 20 years with Huron, Conrad began his career driving tractor-trailers and has held the positons of Driver Trainer and Senior Dispatch prior to taking over management of all Fleet operations
- He is responsibile for all US and domestic traffic, training, and dispatch operations Canada-wide
Joan Ramsay, Finance/Payroll/Benefits/Admin Manager, Office in Oakville
- 23 years with Huron, Joan began her career as a payroll clerk and has now advanced to Management of the Oakville office
- She is responsible for the payroll/benefits operations for all of Huron’s 300 employees
- Huron was looking for banking experience and found it in Joan.
Tina Champion, Manager, Toronto Office/ Temporary help Division
- 10 years with Huron, Tina brings over 10 additional years of experience in the temporary help industry
- Responsible for the Toronto office, including recruitment and all temp dispatch operations
